Reset IAMS Password

Option 1:

(** Use your NRIC for username and IAMS password to login. No VPN is required.)

If you are unable to login, or have forgotten your password, you can reset your password at
https://iams.ssoe.moe.edu.sg/idm/user
(Key in your NRIC for username, then click on 
“Forgot Password”).
VPN is required for this self-service module. 

You can also contact your Service Desk for support: 

North, South, East and West Zone Schools,  (help@moe.edu.sg) and MOE HQ users
(1800-8796333 or 
servicedeskMOE@resoe.gov.sg). 

Option 2:

Call Admin manager or HOD to reset the teacher password.
They will reset the password for them.

Option 3: (**Not Recommended**)
By Using Active Directories, find the teacher ID by using her/him IC then reset the password.
